CERTIFICATION

CONCERT BAND (REGULAR): Not more than six (6) bandsmen who are not members of designated Temple Band. Must be SBANA members in good standing. Plaque awarded.

*CONCERT BAND (Combined Temples):  Maximum combined members 55. Add $1.00 per each member over 55 maximum. Member in good standing with home Temple and SBANA. Plaque award.

GERMAN / POLKA BAND: 20-person limit. Not more than three (3) bandsmen who are not members of designated Temple. Must be SBANA members in good standing. Plaque awarded.

DIXIELAND BAND:  Not more than two (2) bandsmen who are not members of designated temple. Must be SBANA members in good standing. Plaque awarded.

DANCE: 17-person limit. Not more than four (4) bandsmen who are not members of designated Temple. Must be SBANA members in good standing. Plaque awarded.

SHOW BAND: 22-person limit. Not more than three (4) bandsmen who are not members of designated Temple. Must be SBANA members in good standing. Plaque awarded

ENSEMBLES: 3 to 9-person limit. Brass Band, Lounge, Cocktail, Country, ect. Groups registering under a Temple name shall have members, of said Temple, as a majority of performers.  Must be SBANA members in good standing. Certificate Awarded.
 

I certify that designated Shrine Temple Band complies with SBANA rules and regulations. All participating Shrine Band members are current SBANA members in good standing.
