Charles “Charley” Hunter, President  (Acca)
Charley Hunter of Acca Temple Richmond, Virginia was elected, at SBANA  in Denver, Colorado, to serve as SBANA President. Charley studied French Horn and Piano. He was a member of the Bucknell and Penn State Bands. Penn-all-state University concert band. U.S. Army 101^st Airborne “Screaming Eagles” Band. His Masonic life started at Lodge #62 Reading, Pennsylvania where he is a 60year member. He is also a member of Rajah Temple in Reading. PA. Moving to Virginia he affiliated with Acca Temple and Lodge # 211 Midlothian, Virginia. The Scottish Rite   in Richman, VA. Charles was President of the Acca Band in 1997. He was President of SASA regional in 2005 at Virginia Beach, VA. Charley will be Preside over the Imperial Session at Charlotte, North Carolina June 30^th-July 5^th. 2012. Gary is SBANA Vice-President inh Denver, Colorado. Gary graduated with an AB in music from Morehead State University, Kentucky. He received his MA degree from Marshall University Huntington West VA. He was a 30-year music educator in the Ohio school system and 10 years in Lewis County Kentucky. Gary is proficient in Saxophone/Clarinet he has performed with many personalities’; Jimmy Dorsey, Gene Krupa, Bobby Vinton and Frankie Vallie to name a few. A Member of Aladdin Temple Columbus, Ohio. Master Mason in Western Sun Lodge, Wheelersburg, Ohio and Scottish Rite of Cincinnati, Ohio Secretary Treasurer of Portsmouth Local 482 A.F.M. Gary will be President at the Imperial Session city of Indianapolis, Indiana, June 30^th. -July 4^th. 2013. He is planning now for the “Festival of Music” Look ahead to supporting Gary in 2013.
